Who We/I am! (The We is Wayne)

Hi, I'm April... Let's start with one of my favorite quotes: “Not all who Wander are Lost”! I try to live my life by those six little words. I am a wanderer, but I am definitely not lost. Wayne has become quite the wanderer himself. He wasn't always up for venturing, but now he can't wait to see what I plan. All it took was a little trip to Kauai, HI. Now he wants to go EVERYWHERE! 

We've been Adventuring together for 12 years and have 2 AMAZING grown children attending nursing school in different states! We are empty nesters, always looking for something to do. We are not very good at being idle for very long, so be prepared to read, see and watch some funny/sad/living our life stories along our Adventure together. We're just here to enjoy all the beautiful things life offers. #liveyourlifefunny

I am a Sr. People Operations and Talent Manager (HR) by Day and Certified Personal Trainer for Fun! Wayne works in the medical field and has a career with one of the best companies a person could wish to work for. He's a happy guy! 



We both enjoy/love working out. I added the slash because I enjoy it. Wayne loves it! The Gym is the best therapy. (That's what he says it is) I'm more into Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Interval Training. Give me 30 minutes 5x a week, and I am a happy lady! 

Our Goal with this site is to let you see a little bit of Us, and you may find a few adventures, beauty brands, the love of fitness, and a few fun places to Adventure too. Not to mention recipes, workout videos, and product/destination reviews. 

I LOVE to shop! I know the saying is "All women love to shop," but, no, really, I LOVE IT. I'm the one my friends and family come to when they are looking for something and want to find the best deal. I have tried so many beauty products, athletic lines, shoe brands, and everything in between; you name it, I've probably tried it. I am always looking for new lines to test, and I have a few of my fav's that I always go back to. Maybe, I can help you find what you're looking for.
